You have 30 days from receiving your order to cancel your purchase. After notifying us of your cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return the product.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at info@cuddery.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If applicable, please also include a photo of the product so we can better understand the issue.

Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons, all returned products must be unused, unwashed, and free of any signs of use. Products should be returned with all included accessories and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Cuddery does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking so you can follow your return shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund. Your refund will include the original order amount and original shipping costs, where applicable. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of your return notification, provided we have received the returned product in good condition. Please note that additional processing time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
